We are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Administration Officer based in Hanoi office. Please find below for position details.
1. Job Summary:
– To deal with all inquiries from the Management team (Executive Director, Admin and Communication Manager)
– To translate documents from Vietnam to English and vice versa
– To assist in daily office operations
– To assist in organisation of events, trainings and fundraising activities
2. Tasks and responsibilities:
– Receive incoming calls and take messages
– Ensure effective mailing and tracking logbooks for all incoming and outgoing communications
– Ensure timely update of all admin/operation logbooks/lists
– Provide support to the general operations of the office (stationary supply, office refreshments, utilities, landlord and suppliers follow up, mailing etc…)
– Translate documents from English to Vietnamese and vice versa
– Assist in following up with volunteer and interns
– Assist in identifying fund raising opportunities and working on funding proposals
– Assist in website management/update
– Assist in organisation of training and exams
– Assist in organisation of events and workshops
– Provide other administrative support as required by the management team
Qualifications
– Interest in sustainable development issues, urbanism, and climate change
– Independent, pro-active, and creative
– Excellent skills in basic Microsoft package and web management would be a strong asset
– Excellent organisational skills
– Fluent in spoken and written English
– Tertiary degree in English, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
