We are recruiting:
Project Officer (up to 4 years – starting in August 2012 and ending no late than June 30, 2016).
Qualifications:
· A Master Degree on Energy Systems/Efficiency Energy/Energy Economics or related field.
· At least five years’ experience in energy sector with at least two year experience working in Energy Efficiency development or standard.
· Ability to work effectively with Governmental authorities, Local governments, Project developers and Private sector.
· Understanding and experience in World Bank regulations on safeguard policies and/or procurement will be an advantage.
· Ability to work under pressure and good team worker.
· Good communication, reading and writing skills in English
· Willing to travel extensively within Vietnam.
