Trung tâm Phát triển Kinh tế – Xã hội và Môi trường Cộng đồng (CSEED) cần tuyển cán bộ dự án làm việc tại Hà Nội và đi công tác ở các vùng dự án theo yêu cầu.

The Centre for Community Socio-Economic and environmental Development (CSEED) is a Vietnamese NGO established in January 2006 under the decision of Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations (VUSTA).

Our mission is to support sustainable livelihoods and environment development in targeted vulnerable and marginalized communities.

CSEED is looking for a qualified Vietnamese to fill in the following position: PROJECT OFFICER.

The Project Officer will be based in CSEED office located in Hanoi with frequent travel to project sites.

Reports to: Programme Manager.

Key responsibilities:

– Implementing and monitoring on-going projects which include following tasks:

+ coordinating Project Partners and communities to develop annual and quarterly Implementation Plans of the projects.

+ conducting field visits to assist and monitor project implementation and project expenses at community and project partner levels.

+ reviewing quarterly financial and narrative reports and implementation plans prepared by project partners and making recommendations to Programme Manager.

+ preparing project quarterly, six month, annual and final financial and narrative reports and implementation plans for submission to supervisor and then to donors.

+ documenting models exercised in project.

+ coordinating project evaluation.

+ writing six month, annual and final reports.

– Planning and designing new project proposals for submission to donors

– Participating in the preparation of CSEED programme updates and annual reports

– Other tasks as required.

Requirements:

– University degree, in one of the following majors: natural resource and environment management, agriculture and economics.

– At least 03 years experience in managing development projects (experience with climate change, community-based disaster and risk management project is preferable).

– Proven good skills in facilitation and training, report writing, project financial management, documentation and research.

– Good command in English and Vietnamese.

– Good interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and in a team.
