Văn phòng ILO tại Hà Nội hiện đang tuyển 01 vị trí trợ lý tài chính/hành chính cho dự án LED, hoạt động trong thời gian 5 tháng từ giữa tháng 12/2011 đến tháng 5/2012 trên địa bàn tỉnh Tam Kỳ, Quảng Nam. Trợ lý tài chính/hành chính dự kiến sẽ đảm nhận công việc xử lý báo cáo, văn bản, sắp xếp lịch làm việc cho cấp trên, tiếp nhận điện thoại, email, fax, và các công việc hành chính liên quan, cũng như các vấn đề tài chính như báo cáo tài chính tháng, xử lý hóa đơn thanh toán, ngân hàng cũng như các nhiệm vụ hỗ trợ về mặt hành chính, tài chính liên quan.

Thông tin chi tiết về công việc như sau:
LED Project is looking for the post of an Administrative/Finance Assistant works under the general guidance of the Director of ILO Hanoi office and the supervision of the CTA. The responsibilities and tasks of the position are carried out within the ILO results based management system and respecting the ILO rules and regulations.
Description of Duties:
1. Type a wide variety of correspondence reports, papers and documents using computerized systems. Draft non-routine correspondence and responses, and ensure follow-up action;
2. Arrange appointments for supervisor, project consultants and ILO officials, receive visitors, handles telephone enquiries, place telephone calls, respond to requests for information, maintain office records and reference files on all project and related activities, send and receive e-mails and fax correspondence; Responsible for all administrative tasks, including logistical support to the project personnel, travel arrangements, visas, hotel reservation, etc, Provide secretarial and administrative support for workshops and training;
3. Check monthly and quarterly financial reports, including Cashbooks. Assist in preparation of Expenditure Forecast and Summary of Transactions submitted by the implementing agencies. Maintain miscellaneous and petty cash accounts;
4. Assist the CTA in maintaining project financial transactions and reporting systems in accordance with the ILO financial rules and regulations;
5. Maintain inventory record on the receipts of payment, bank book, bank statements of the programme account as well as partner organizations; Provide guidance to project partners in Viet Nam on the ILO financial system as well as administrative and financial reporting procedures;
6. Assist in general day-to-day administrative matters in the office, Carry out other duties as may be assigned by the ILO.
Qualifications Required
Education: Bachelor of English or secretarial or administrative training and own knowledge of accounting.
Experience: At least 5 years of administrative experience. Experience in working with development projects at the national or international level would be an advantage.
Languages: High-level skills in both spoken and written English and Vietnamese.
Competencies: Proven ability to use word processing software, email and software packages required by the work unit. Knowledge of modern office procedures and ability to operate all types of office equipment; Ability to work in a team and good interpersonal skills
