Tổ chức Save the Children hiện đang tuyển 01 Cán bộ hành chính cho dự án “Nâng cao chất lượng đào tạo cơ bản cho trẻ em dân tộc thiểu số tại 3 tỉnh nghèo của Việt Nam”. Đây là dự án trong 04 năm, bắt đầu từ ngày 2 tháng 6 năm 2009, trên địa bàn 3 tỉnh Yên Bái, Quảng Trị và Điện Biên, với số tiền tài trợ 1,809,000 USD từ Quỹ hỗ trợ phát triển xã hội Nhật Bản. Hiện dự án đang tuyển 01 cán bộ hành chính làm việc tại Hà Nội, hạn cuối nhận hồ sơ là 5 giờ chiều ngày 5/11/2011. Chi tiết công việc như sau:
Main Responsibilities:
The Administration officer is responsible for coordinating administrative, logistic and support services relating to the JSDF programme for partners and the teams based in the Hanoi office.
Key Competencies:
– University degree in related field
– 4 years in work experience in administration field, with NGO is preferable
– Good English written and verbal skills
– Computer literacy
– Good problem solving , negotiating and mediation skills
– Ability to establish priorities and plan, organize, and coordinate a variety of work activities.
– Ability to maintain accurate records and documents and to prepare written reports, conclusions, and recommendations.
