PSI is currently recruiting qualified and experienced Vietnamese national for the position of Program Coordinator to join our talented, dynamic and highly motivated team in Hanoi.
PROGRAM COORDINATOR
This position will be responsible for all of PSI’s behavior change communication and social marketing activities targeting men who have sex with men (MSM) in project provinces. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing targeted communication activities to promote voluntary counseling and HIV testing (VCT) services and support for the condom social marketing program for male condoms and water-based lubricants. This position will be a focal point for all MSM activities and liaise closely program team, including Marketing, Research and Sales within PSI Vietnam. This position will also be the focal point for all government, international and local partners to ensure coordination and collaboration with other interventions targeting MSM.
Requirements:
§ Relevant University/Masters degree
§ Demonstrated experience in program management and implementation of HIV and other health related program, especially with the MSM population
§ Ability to work independently and show strong interpersonal skills to contribute as a team player
§ Knowledge of health and development systems in Vietnam, including central and provincial government structures
§ Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
§ Excellent coordination, analytical and critical thinking, and communication skills;
§ Experience with computers, including word processing, spreadsheets, and the Internet.
§ Work experience with NGOs/INGOs is preferred but not mandatory.
