World Vision International – Vietnam (WVV) invites Vietnamese competent candidates for the position SPONSORSHIP CLUSTER OFFICER (03 positions) working for the Sponsorship Service Operations in Hanoi office.
WVV is a national office and does not directly raise funds for local sponsorship, however, is responsible for sponsor relations – creating effective communications and building relations between sponsors in support countries and registered children (RC) in Vietnam. Its sponsorship program seeks to comply as much as possible with the Child Management Standard which requires RC to be physically seen and progresses in the areas of health, education are monitored and documented every 3 months.
Main Responsibilities:
To assist the Sponsorship Manager in facilitating and maintaining efficient and effective Sponsorship Service Operations,
Sponsorship Programming and Child Monitoring according to the Sponsorship standards. To provide technical support to Area Development Program staff in the implementation of the Sponsorship Project activities in the designated working areas.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in any field.
Two years experience in community development or with NGO. Experience in Sponsorship operations is an advantage.
Demonstrated training and facilitation skills.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Good interpersonal and communications skills.
Good English, especially email/letters writing skills.
Good computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email.
World Vision Vietnam is a Christian non-government organization.
