We are looking for volunteers to support the conference, specifically:
– 2 Volunteer – IT Assistants (checking IT equipment, providing assistance regarding IT issues, and other supports as required)
– 7 Volunteer – Logistics Assistants (supporting the preparation of conference package, printing, photocopying, and other support as required)
Requirements:
– Excellent IT knowledge (for Volunteer IT Assistants)
– Excellent English and Vietnamese skills
– Previous volunteer experience is desired
– Ability to work in a group and to deliver under pressure and tight deadlines
– Good interpersonal and organizational skills
– Previous experience in logistics work (for Volunteer Logistic Assistants)
All participated volunteers should be available to provide your support to the event on both 23 and 24 Jun; and Volunteer Logistics Assistants should be available to work 3 full days one week prior to the event.
Volunteers will be provided allowance for transportation and meals (for any full working day). Certificates will be generated after successful completing the assignment.
