HSCV tuyển Giám sát chương trình

HUMANITARIAN SERVICES FOR CHILDREN OF VIETNAM (HSCV) 
PROGRAM SUPERVISOR 

Organization: HSCV is a small U.S. based NGO non-profit corporation which has been active in Vietnam since 2002. The organization is based in Ha Noi and provides services exclusively in the northern part of Vietnam. Programs are primarily focused on assisting needy children in the areas of education, nutrition, medical care and housing. More detailed information can be found at: www.hscv.org. 

Position: The Program Supervisor’s position involves overseeing all aspects of all programs and supervising three full time employees. The Program Superior would also be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with other NGOs whom HSCV partners with on various programs. In addition, the position would be responsible for soliciting funds from donors, both individual are organizational, and maintaining those relationships.  

The Program Supervisor would also be responsible for proper maintenance and reporting on all financial matters. The position reports directly to the President of HSCV.  

Job Requirements: Candidates should have a minimum of three years experience in managing people and programs, preferably with non-profit organizations. The candidates should have a good command of English and experience or demonstrated aptitude in accounting disciplines. Excellent computer skills are also required.  

Compensation: It is anticipated the starting salary would be in the $500 to $800 per month range depending on experience.
