The Consultancy on Development (CODE) is an independent Vietnamese not for profit development research and consultant organisation. CODE is a professional organisation in Vietnam works in policy analysis, policy lobby and advocacy in the context of international integration of Vietnam.
Currently, CODE is working on the strengthening civil society capacity on policy analysis and advocacy in sustainable development. CODE is seeking working position as follow:
1. Position: Civil society and policy advocacy researcher / trainer
2. Number of posts: 01
3. Location: Hanoi and other provinces
4. Duration: 2 years with the renewable possibility
5. Main duties and responsibilities:
– Leading the research team on civil society in Vietnam;
– Participating in the civil society and policy advocacy training team: develop
training manual, conducting training and advocacy advising for partners;
– Participating to develop strategic development planning of the organisation;
6. Requirements:
– Postgraduate on Development, Social Science, Law, International relation;
– At least 5 years experience on the development and related fields;
– Capability to conduct social science research and coordinating research team;
– Good communication, strong inter-personal relations, and training skills;
– Fluent English and good computer skills.
– Ability of working independent, modesty, polite and dedicated.
7. Salary: Competitive salary depends on ability and experiences.
