Bộ Nông nghiệp và Phát triển nông thôn sẽ triển khai chương trình Giảm khí thải do phá rừng và suy thoái rừng của Liên hợp quốc giai đoạn 2009-2910. Chương trình cần tuyển một tư vấn phân tích cấu trúc chương trình REDD quốc gia. Hạn cuối nộp hồ sơ: 25/08/2009.
Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD) will start up implementation of an UN Joint Programme entitled UN-REDD (Reduced Emission from Deforestation and Degradation) from 2009-2010. The objective of the UN-REDD is “to assist the Government of Viet Nam in developing an effective REDD regime in Viet Nam and to contribute to reduction of regional displacement of emissions”. This will contribute to the broader goal of ensuring that “by the end of 2012 Viet Nam is REDD-ready and able to contribute to reducing emissions from deforestation and forest degradation nationally and regionally.”
To implement the programme’s activities, the Programme would like to call for applications from qualified national candidates for a short term assignment.
