Nhóm tư vấn phát triển (GFA) tại Hà Nội đang cần tuyển Quản lý văn phòng và một phiên dịch viên. Hạn cuối nhận hồ sơ là 23/02/2009. thông tin chi tiết như sau:


* Job description for interpreter

Working location: Hanoi

Working duration: 3 – 4 years

The Candidate will have the following duties:

– Translate documents, project material, report from and into English.

– Do translation at project workshop, seminar, meeting

– Assist office manager in Handle the office filing system: project documents/ correspondence/ CVs/ office papers… and stock up on office material. 

– Support in provide logistic services to organize events such as national workshops, seminars… for project missions in Vietnam (feasibility studies, appraisal missions, training courses). 

– Undertake good liaison works with counterparts at national, ministerial, local level, authorized bodies and donors.

– Carry out other works assigned by the chief representative or his deputy.

The candidate should meet the following qualifications:

Qualifications and Experience:

– At least a university degree in economics, foreign languges or related fields.

– General skills in office secretary

– Working experience in consulting business (familiar with forestry and rural development projects).

– Ability to work independently.

Computer Skills:

– Computer proficiency in Microsoft applications and Internet is required.

– Database management and programming experience is a considerable advantage.

Others:

– Willingness to travel to the project areas and readiness to work over time and under time pressure.

* Job description for the Office manager

Working location: Hanoi

Working duration: 3 – 4 years

The Candidate will have the following duties:

– Provide logistic services to organize events such as national workshops, seminars… for GFA missions in Vietnam (feasibility studies, appraisal missions, training courses).

– Undertake good liaison works with counterparts at national, ministerial, local level, authorized bodies and donors.

– Handle project accountant system.

– Develop and maintain an appropriate internal control system.

– Handle the office filing system: project documents/ correspondence/ CVs/ office papers… and stock up on office material.

– Ensure that computer and other equipment are functioning properly and that all relevant data are regularly backed up.

– Support in preparation of project reports, training material, other related documents.

– Carry out other works assigned by the chief technical assistant or his deputy.

The candidate should meet the following qualifications:

Qualifications and Experience:

– At least a university degree in economics, business management, trade or related fields.

– General skills in office administration

– Working experience in consulting business (familiar with forestry and rural development projects).

– Ability to work independently.

Language and Computer Skills:

– Good speaking and report writing skill in English.

– Computer proficiency in Microsoft applications and Internet is required.

– Database management and programming experience is a considerable
advantage.

Others:

– Willingness to travel to the project areas and readiness to work over time and under time pressure.
