Just Massage là một dự án của Trung tâm Hành động vì đô thị (www.vidothi.org), do tổ chức phi chính phủ quốc tế (Maryknoll) tài trợ. Dự án nhằm xây dựng mô hình thí điểm về sự hòa nhập xã hội và kinh tế của nhóm thanh niên khiếm thị tại Hà Nội. Hiện nay, dự án này đang cần một Giám đốc điều hành. Hạn cuối nộp hồ sơ là 24/02/2009. JOB TITLE: Executive Manager of Just Massage Center
LOCATION: Hanoi
ORGANIZATION PURPOSE: Just Massage was opened in 2007 as collaboration between Action for the City (www.vidothi.org) and an international NGO to create decent economic opportunity, personal empowerment, and dignified work for young adults with visual impairments. Comfortable massages such as Swedish Massage, Shiatsu and Aromatherapy, are provided by practitioners trained by U.S. and national therapists. We have been diversifying our service offerings and expanding our business. As a social enterprise the profits of the Center are re-invested in training and job creation for more people with visual impairment and contributed to other non-profit projects. We are planning an expansion in 2009. (see www.justmassage.org.vn )
JOB PURPOSE: To carry out day-to-day management and strategic planning for expansion
REPORTING TO: Action for the City director
RESPONSIBLE FOR: Just Massage staff
Specific Responsibilities:
1. Daily bookkeeping and financial management, submitting monthly financial reports to ACCD
2. Making and implementing marketing plans, carrying out PR and new product development activities
3. Human resource management
4. Management training and capacity development for staff with visual impairment
5. Recruiting trainees with visual impairment
6. Curriculum development in cooperation with training manager
7. Participating in planning business expansion and carrying out the plan
8. Monitoring, reporting and evaluating regarding operation and assets
9. Be a member of Action for the City’s team; participate in staff meetings, planning sessions and on-going learning as needed.
Knowledge, skills and abilities required
1. Degree in business, economics or other relevant discipline
2. Working experience in business
3. Experience in service operation is a plus
4. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
5. English language skills are a plus
