JOB VACANCIES
World Vision Vietnam (WVV) invites competent Vietnamese candidates for the following positions:
1. PROJECT ASSISTANT (5 positions): working for the Mekong Delta Regional Trafficking Strategy II project (MDRTSII). Based in Van Yen (Yen Bai), Cam Thuy (Thanh Hoa), Trieu Phong (Quang Tri), Hiep Duc (Quang Nam) and Ho Chi Minh City.

Main Responsibilities: To build capacity for the targeted communities to prevent human trafficking, to ensure that trafficked persons have access to immediate protection services, and repatriated trafficked persons have access to reintegration services.
Requirements:
A University/College graduate, preferably in Sociology or Community Development Management.
At least 1 year working experience community development project. .
Have good skills in training and capacity building.
Communications skills in verbal and written English.
2. DESIGN, EVALUATION and MONITORING (DME) CLUSTER (1 position), working for the Area Development Programs in Thanh Hoa province, based in the district of Cam Thuy or Lang Chanh or Quan Son or Thuong Xuan or Quan Hoa or Ba Thuoc.

Area Development Program (ADP) is an approach to child focused development, emphasizing the process of community participation, sustainability, and integrating activities in the areas of food security, agriculture, micro-enterprise, health, nutrition, education, water, and sanitation.
Main Responsibilities: To supports ADPs and grant projects of World Vision Vietnam (WVV) in Thanh Hoa province to implement effective DME systems. The position involves further development and constant quality improvement of Monitoring &Evaluation (M&E) systems across WVV?s programs and project.
Requirements:
A university graduate, preferably in International & Community Development and/or Economic, Statistical Related Fields.
At least 1 years experience in community development work.
Understanding of and work experience with INGOs, development project M&E is preferable.
Have good skills in training and capacity building at grass root level.
Good communication skills in verbal and written English.
Common Requirements:
Work at district level.
Good computer skills (word processing, excel).
World Vision Vietnam is a Christian non-government organization.
