Health/Child Protection project assistant for CFCD project
Enfants&Developpement (E&D) is a french NGO working in the field of Child-focused Development in Vietnam since 1993. E&D is implementing a Child friendly communities and districts project in Si Ma Cai and Bac Ha districts (Lao cai province). In order to strengthen health and child protection activities at field level, E&D is seeking 01 Project Assistant. This position provides a good opportunity working in INGO environment and developing employee?s capacities.
This position is based in the field in Bac Ha and Si Ma Cai Districts, in Lao Cai Province (3 weeks/month). This position is under the direct supervision of the Health/Child Protection officer, s/he will also be working closely with the local partners.
The main duty of the Project Assistant is to support partners in the implementation of the project activities in term of health and child protection, to follow and monitor the project activities.
*** Requirement:
o University degree (background in Health or Community Health is an advantage)
o Commitment of working in Mountainous area
o Ability of using computer (Microsoft words and excel)
o Ability of working both independently and in groups
o Good personal skills and discipline
o Good communication skills
o Good English is preferable
***Responsibility of Project Assistant
o Daily monitoring/supervision activities
o Monthly report on activities implementation
o Monthly plan for the next month
o Participating in monthly meeting of local partners
o Technical support for local partner in planning and reporting
o Preparation of logistics arrangement for meeting, workshop, training
o Participating in other activities as required
*** Beneficiary
o Net monthly salary: USD 200
o Bonus could be provided after 1 year of working continuously
