JOB VACANCIES
World Vision Vietnam (WVV) invites competent Vietnamese candidates for the following positions:
1. PROJECT ASSISTANT ? Education (1 position) working for the Area Development Program in Tien Phuoc district, Quang Nam province.
Area Development Program (ADP) is an approach to child focused development, emphasizing the process of community participation, sustainability, and integrating activities in the areas of food security, agriculture, micro-enterprise, health, nutrition, education, water, and sanitation.
Main Responsibilities:
To assist the ADP Manager in planning, managing, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the project activities to achieve stipulated objectives.
Requirements:
– University graduate, preferably in pedagogy or primary education.
– At least 1-2 years relevant or community development working experience.
– Basic English skills with good reading skills.
– Work at district level.
2. CLUSTER MONITORING AND EVALUATION OFFICER (1 position). The position will be based in Quang Tri with frequent travel to WVV?s programs/projects in Quang Tri and Quang Nam provinces.
Main Responsibilities:
The position will assist the Monitoring & Evaluation Manager in implementing effective monitoring and evaluation (M&E) systems across all of WVV?s programs/projects. In addition, assist in further developing and improving the quality of M&E systems across WVV?s entire program.
Requirements:
– A university graduate, preferably in International & Community Development and/or Economics, Statistical Related Fields
– Knowledge and experience in community development work, development projects, M&E and Management Information System. Understanding of and work experience with INGOs and research field is preferable.
– Have good skills in training and capacity building at grass root level.
– Have good skills in verbal and written English.
Common requirements for all positions:
– Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
– Good computer skills (word processing, excel).
– World Vision Vietnam is a Christian non-government organization. Applicants having working experience in a similar kind of organization will be an advantage.
