Vacancies announcement:

MDF Training and Consultancy, a leading Dutch management training and consultancy organisation for the development sector, is expanding in the Indochina region through its branch office in Hanoi.

To cater to the increasing demand of our clients, MDF Indochina is currently seeking to fill two positions:

1 full-time expatriate trainer and consultant
1 full-time Vietnamese trainer and consultant

With the following qualifications:

Expatriate trainer/ consultant 
– Above 35 yrs of age 
– Masters degree in a relevant field 
– >5 yrs relevant international development experience 
– No expatriate (relocation) benefits will be offered

Vietnamese trainer/ consultant 
– App. 40 yrs of age 
– International Masters degree, preferably from an Australian, European or US university 
– Studied or worked at least two years abroad 
– >5 yrs relevant development experience

For both positions: 
– >2 years training (and consultancy) experience, with emphasis on Management Skills, Results-based management/ PCM and/ or Institutional/ Organisational Development 
– Preferably experience in SWAP/ PAR-related work 
– Preferably experience in the Vietnamese/ South-east Asia context 
– Analytical and empathic 
– Excellent communication and reporting skills 
– Open-minded, interactive and outspoken personality 
– Not a teacher but a facilitator 
– Able to work independently 
– Excellent command of English (speaking and writing) 
– Willing to travel at least three months per year (national and international) 
– Willing to work at the MDF Head office in The Netherlands for two weeks as part of the selection process
