World Vision Vietnam (WVV) invites competent Vietnamese candidates for the following positions:
1. FINANCE OFFICER/ BOOKKEEPER (1 position) working for the Area Development Program (ADP) in Phu Cu district, Hung Yen province.
ADP is an approach to child focused development, emphasizing the process of community participation, sustainability, and integrating activities in the areas of food security, agriculture, micro-enterprise, health, nutrition, education, water, and sanitation.
Main Responsibilities: The position assists the ADP Manager in maintaining the books of accounts and other financial records of the project & adhering to the financial standards of World Vision financial system to ensure accountability.
Requirements:
– University or College degree in accounting and finance.
– Good knowledge of and work experience in accounting.
– Ability to use Excel spreadsheet.
– Basic English skills with good reading skills.
– Work at district level.
2. PROJECT ASSISTANT/PROJECT OFFICER ? CAPACITY BUILDING CUM MONITORING AND EVALUATION (02 positions) working for the Area Development Program (ADP) in Lang Chanh district and Quan Hoa district, Thanh Hoa province.
Main Responsibilities: To support the ADPs to improve the quality of Leadership Development Project and improve the Design ? Implementation – Monitoring – Evaluation system of the ADP, including designing and establishing a M&E plan and Monitoring System in line with World Vision standards LEAP (Learning through Evaluation with Accountability and Planning), establishing community-based learning centers, and promoting a learning environment and reflection among ADP staff/local partners.
Requirements:
– University graduate, preferably in Community Development Management or Economics or Commerce or Pedagogy.
– Good knowledge and 2-year experience in Monitoring & Evaluation and Information Management systems.
– Good skills in training and capacity building.
– Understanding of and work experience on NGOs and research field is desirable.
– Good spoken and written English skills.
– Work at district level.
3. PROJECT OFFICER (01 position) working for the Comprehensive Education for Ethnic Minority Children project, based in Dien Bien city with travel to Muong Cha and Tuan Giao districts, Dien Bien province.
The Comprehensive Education for Ethnic Minority Children project aims to improve access and enrolment in primary and secondary school education for ethnic minority children living in remote areas of Muong Cha and Tuan Giao districts, Dien Bien province through improved access to primary and secondary education; improved quality and effectiveness of teaching and learning in primary and secondary schools and increased diversity of food among boarding school students.
Main Responsibilities: To assist the Program Manager in designing and developing project plans, monitoring the implementation of project activities to achieve stipulated objectives, and to transfer the ownership of the development of the project to the community members.
Requirements:
– University graduate in any field, preferably in health, education, community development or social work.
– At least 3 years relevant work experience in community development including demonstrated capacity in program management.
– Leadership skills including representation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Well-developed English skills.
4. FINANCE OFFICER (01 position) working for the Comprehensive Education for Ethnic Minority Children project, based in Dien Bien city with travel to Muong Cha and Tuan Giao districts, Dien Bien province.
Main Responsibilities: To assist the Program Manager in maintaining the books of accounts and other financial records of the project & adhering to the financial standards of World Vision financial system to ensure accountability.
Requirements:
– University degree in any field, preferably in accounting.
– Good knowledge of accounting and/or at least 1-2 years working experience in accounting.
– Good English skills.
5. TRANSLATOR CUM INTERPRETER (01 position) working for the Comprehensive Education for Ethnic Minority Children project, based in Dien Bien city with travel to Muong Cha and Tuan Giao districts, Dien Bien province.
Main Responsibilities: To assist the Program Manager in communication with project staff, partners, and other project stakeholders. To do other translation and interpretation work.
Requirements:
– University/College graduate.
– Well-developed English skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing).
